Learn More About Studio Haze

Studio Haze is a community based Pilates & Movement Studio in Glasgow's Southside. We set out with the aim to welcome everyone from beginners to seasoned pro's into our hub in Langside. 

We offer a range of classes from Pilates (All Levels) which can be adapted to Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced class types, where you can meet the trainer at your preferred skill level. 

We have a number of very experienced Pilates & Yoga instructors who aim to help you on your movement journey. 

If you would like to give Studio Haze try - Book in for one of our classes and let one of our tutors know that you are new to Pilates, we are more than happy to accommodate newbies!

Catherine

Catherine's classs blend strength, control and mindful movement so you leave feeling energised, stronger and more connected to your body.

Lucia

Lucia's classes are all about creating a strong foundation helping you feel confident in the basics while offering more challenging progressions for when you’re ready to push yourself.

Mila

Mila's classes are a blend of strength, control and mindful movement, with a slightly more dynamic flow to help build heat, tone and sculpt the body - while still keeping things grounded and connected to breath.

Megan

Megan offers a welcoming physio-led class for every body. Learn and connect with the core foundations of Pilates in a supportive space. Perfect for those new to Pilates, while also offering experienced clients opportunities to build on foundations.

Chloe

With a progressive flow, dynamic movement and plenty of pulses, these classes are designed to help you grow strength, create length in the body and leave feeling your best ✨ Every movement is thoughtful and controlled, with layers considered for every level
throughout.

Jen

Jenn is a yoga facilitator and newly certified Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience, offering a “slow and strong” approach to movement.
Her classes blend mindful, fluid sequencing with strength, control, and a deep focus on breath and body awareness.

Lauren C

Lauren as an instructor Is uplifting & encouraging to ensure everyone
reaches their full potential her classes. The classes are playful with upbeat music & clever use of props to provide a fun, challenging, full body workout for everyone involved.
